My Experience from Yesterday

Hello everyone! I haven't been around in a while. Although I've been meditating daily, I haven't focused much on lucid dreaming or AP as of late, not sure why exactly, but my experience yesterday reignited my interest.

I won't describe the whole thing because, frankly, it was kind of boring. Two things were most notable though...

First, I had a false awakening and for a full five minutes I was trying to get out of my bed, my vision was blurry, and trying to move was like I was in wet cement. I became very frustrated and just fought it, and finally I realized, "Wait...this sh*t doesn't happen in 'real' life...my body is asleep." During this whole ordeal I was completely unable to look to my left even though I kept trying to because I felt a presence there. Interesting that after I realized fully that my body was asleep, and because it was such an uncomfortable experience, I first tried to get back into my body and wake up, but was completely unable to. That was a first. I was even surprised and had the thought that it was strange that I couldn't get back to my physical body, which in the past even a hint of such a thought would zoom me back. It wasn't scary at all, just interesting. So I closed my (dream) eyes to meditate and try to project instead.

As I closed my eyes, messages appeared on a sort of screen just like if you're looking at a Pinterest board. Perfectly vivid and intelligible. Different colorful fonts, pictures. The first message said something like, "We're sorry about this experience, we're trying our best, stay tuned!" It was a message from my guides saying that they were trying to help me have this experience but were not doing a very good job at it. lol - first time I've gotten a direct, written message from them, and it's the first time I realized they were fallible. I always thought they just knew exactly what to do to help me, not that they had to come up with ideas and try them out on me. Apparently they miscalculated this time.

Then they gave me several little quizzes via the same "Pinterest board". I remember they told me about four cubes, and that I had to tell them what I saw inside each one. They were empty, but I just had to tell them what I imagined. My memory of the quizzes is vague, as is the transition to the next scenes in which I found myself.

I won't go into detail on the scenes because they were quite boring, but the second interesting aspect was that I was fully, completely lucid and several times had the thought of going back to my body, but was unable to. I was fully immersed in this other reality, more solidly than I've ever been before. I had no fear whatsoever even though at one point we had a missile coming directly to our house and it was about to explode. Everyone else was freaking out and I was just like, "Whatever, this is just a dream, people." I actually remember being a bit annoyed at the entire scene. It wasn't the type of airy, fleeting realities I've been to before, but very dense and solid. There was no flying, levitating, or spontaneous manifestation in this place.

Well, it was the most interesting experience I've had in months and I just wanted to share.

Any of you all have cool experiences lately?

This is indeed interesting, thanks for sharing.  I've always wondered if they ever made mistakes and apparently they do mess up from time to time.

I've also wondered if they realize we can't hear then most of the time that if they send us a signal and we receive it that they understand we might not get the meaning of the message or lesson.

If I had to guess, I would say there's pretty constant communication between them and our higher selves, or our subconsious, or whatever you want to call it. Or maybe we sometimes perceive them as separate from ourselves when they're really just facets of our higher selves trying to guide our lower, Earth-conscious selves. Who knows? lol

Very cool! I love when I can hold my awareness while entering SP right before exiting and seeing all the images behind my closed eyes. Usually they move/change very fast and I have a hard time recalling them
