Hi Frank,

You are obviously checking into this forum. Why are you not answering emails from people who are requesting refunds for your Virtual Classroom? Something doesn't seem right about this. Please use this forum to explain why you are not refunding people their money for a service you are not able to offer at this time and haven't been unable to offer for the past 3 months due to a myriad of excuses.

Why are you dragging this into a public forum.  This is a witch hunt, really it is.  I dont want to get into it but I will because you must be deaf or something!     The last email I recieved stated that you can get your refund, maybe a bit of old fashioned patience is in order??  The guy had some health issues that he couldnt forsee and you are dragging him through the mud?  He almost died.  Before his absence I learned much from him from DIRECT EMAIL TO EMAIL contact, not just on this forum.  I made significant progress before his project was even set to start.  He did his best to answer my questions in a no nonsense manner and if he didnt know himself he admitted it!  You act like he sent you a pill that would induce OBE's for 19.95 and now its not working.   He is starting our courses over fresh, giving us our moneys worth, not just saying "oh you paid for x amount of weeks, too bad so sad."  He is being 100% fair about all of this.

Why must you post this in every forum?  In the last email it said he would be back up and running the classroom in 3 weeks so I would imagine that is the longest it would take for your refund.  Do you think your not going to get it?  I support Frank because I know he is a man you can trust.  Call me a fanboy, call me whatever you want but I believe that you will get your refund back and I will get the answers, advice, and help I am looking for.  Leave this crap out of here and take it up with him privately, this is just plain malicious.

As a moderator who has known Frank for years on these forums, I must add that in my opinon nobody has to worry about him being a 'con artist' or that they will not get their money back if they wish it.

I am not aware of the details of Frank's health situation at present but I do know he's trying to overcome these problems and I am 100% confident that he will return any money for those who can not wait any longer and that he will do his best to get the program back on track ASAP for those who have more patience and understanding.

As for the complaints about how this is 'no way to run a business', well, I'm sure Frank himself would agree; we have to remember that he is not some slick corporate dealer out for a profit; in fact this is the first time he has tried this kind of online tutoring service so teething problems are not unlikely, and his recent health problems are a factor which I'm sure any considerate person will be able to take into account.

Please be a little more patient, and everything will be sorted out in due course.
