amazing projection from a little while back

I'm speechless at the moment, so bear with me. I started my OBE kind of late in the morning, but its been the most vivid one yet. I actually think I wasn't nearly as sleep when I started this projection. I could NOT go through anything, and couldn't fly  could jump really high though. I started off in my room, walked out, and out into my back yard and looked at the morning sky.

Everything was so realistic, and did not seem dreamy at all. I was standing on my back porch when my vision became a little dull and then all I could see is a large tunnel, with the sides blurry, but the picture of my yard at the end. At this point, my body started going crazy, extreme rushing sensations and vibrations and the picture of the sky and my yard started increasing in speed.

It accelerated so fast that I watched the sun climb and then fall in an instant, and watched the seasons change in a few instants... I watched this for what seemed like 20 min. (Kind of like when you watch a movie where they temp speed up time) The whole time my body kept the extreme rushing feeling pulsating through my astral body.

After a while things slowed down, and the tunnel vision dispersed, and then I looked around, and things were back to normal.. then I realized, when it started, my whole back porch was gone, and actually its like our house wasn't there but I never noticed it. When I looked at everything afterwords, it was all there, like time had sped up to the present (only way I can describe it)

Strange experience... so you experienced dual-consciousness?

Feeling the vibes in your physical body and at the same time in your astral body?  

I'm still not sure if there is a difference between obe's and lucid dreams... how do you know this wasn't a strange lucid dream?

How did you do it anyways?  Thanks.

ps... if you've ever read the urantia book... in the very beginning it talks about a level of Deity called ultimate... this is where God transcends space and time.  Looks like you may of tapped into that reality.

no, not a duel-conscious.... If I remember right, it was more like a vibration pulsation while in my astral body.  Yea, in my astral body -- was not aware of my physical body.  

Along with my exit sensations, and full lucidity, It is one of my few astral projections that I can claim to be completely real...  One of the most solid and realistic obe experiences.  

I can't say I have ever read that book... Astral Dynamics is about the only book on Astral Projection that I have had the time to read.
