My latest attempt to recreate the vibrations - please advise :)

Hey guys,

I'm new to this.

A little backgroud : I've felt the intense vibrations almost a week ago, and knowing where they were, freaked out and opened my eyes. Since then I've discovered this community. I am now excited and eager to get involved with AP.

Past couple days: I've been trying to "remember" and wake up to those vibrations again- no success. Tried taking naps during the day and get those vibrations- no luck.

Early this morning:
Tried experiementing with that music which is said to assist. I got into a very calm state and then out of nowhere my heart started beating very fast. It wasn't my "heart chakra", or atleast exclusively that, because I felt my pulse on where wrist and it was beating very fast. Quite strange. Not sure how to get back into it!

Gonna buy Astral Dynamics. Any other suggestions? Anyone have a similar story?

Have a look into "Binaural Beats".. and meditation stuff. It's through meditation, along with intent, that you are going have the most success but the Binaural Beats stuff may assist with getting into the deeper levels of consciousness, specifally the 4Hz beat/rate... there's a bunch of free applications that you can use to generate your own beat tracks as well as use other people's presets etc.

I believe that these "spontaneous" virbrations and sometimes OoBE's occur, provided there is no mental or physical trauma currently being experienced, when the mind is ready to begin expanding. It's not that you will be able to immediately do it.. just a signpost along the way of your spiritual evolution, that now is the time to begin your "training".

I'm not experiencing any trauma at the moment.

Binaural Beats is exactly the music I was refering to!

I am concerned about the heart beating though.. I don't understand the 'heart chakra' explanation because my physical heart was beating very fast as I felt my pulse straight away when it just jumped out of nowhere and started beating really fast.

What do you think?

 Relax and breathe. Don't rush, there is no race here. Just learn to meditate first, the vibrations and other sensations are sure to come. Once you learn to calm your mind and relax, you will see that Phasing is actually pretty easy to do. Practice a lot and you will have favorable results.
