Interesting to note that is the first NDE report on Astral Pulse (though there have been probably hundreds of OBEs reported).
Regarding that third you that your out of body self saw sitting in the pickup truck. Different people have differing beliefs about this so it is probable that there will be several ideas/explanations.
I tend to believe in the threefold nature of humanity. The idea is that humans have 3 bodies. The physical body, the ethereal body (called the soul) and an astral body (called spirit). So perhaps your soul and spirit were looking at each other (in a state of disbelief) that day.
Didnt you look at your physical body, maybe yor physical body had opened eyes and you thought that it was sb else or in the truck were two bodies one physical and another that looked at you?
Are you sure that that second body that looked at you looked the same as you. Maybe that was sb else or body of some other person in etheric world
Yes Viliki I am positive that it was another instance of me in the truck, I mean it looked just like me plus I had a strange duality sesation. Come to think of it, I actually felt more connected with the 3rd instance of myself than I did with my physical body. My physical body felt unimportant like something to be discarded...something I shouldn't really worry about.
sounds exactly like an NDE. you're etheric body can't leave your physical body. you must have been conscious with your third eye active, too, if you were looking at yourself from both sides and aware of it. robert bruce reported the exact same thing happening in astral dynamics, only it wasnt a NDE. it sounds like you also have a very strong natural ability for metaphysical things.. i envy you [:P]

Hmmm...what I am sure is when I have OBE and I open my physical eyes, my OBE vision will be superimposed with my physical vision. This is possible due to some sort of link probably the widely reported silver rope. In your NDE experience, your physical body is ignored and your physical vision couldn't be processed by the brain to be send to your astral body. Your vision will be predominantly from astral body.
Strange sensation when your physical body sees your astral body and your astral body sees your physical body and your consciousness recieves information from both bodies.
Anyway I heard that there are 9 bodies inside a physical body (including the physical body) for a living being.What I only familiar is the astral body (your true self), physical body, fluiditic body (the chakra matrix)..and something else I am not familiar....

I was wondering are your OBE's now still very forceful or have they calmed down at all? seems like a crash course lesson in all of this.
Yes they have calmed down to a great extent as far as the "being ripped from my body" spontaneus obe's although they still occur like this during times of great stress or when I'm about to make some major life decsions. And I can induce them using trance/projection techniques and my energy work but it is a little more difficult than it used to be.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Regarding your question, the simplest way to put it is this (and it seems like you already underastand this): it's not as simple as physical body/spirit body. There are multiple layers of consciousness and "spirit bodies" and therefore (and Robert Bruce talks about this in his book) you could be in your physical body and be looking at your etheric body and at the same time be in your etheric body looking at your physical, which sounds kind of like what happened to you during your nDE. RObert talks about s ort of "feeback" that occured when he did this and said it wasn't at all pleasant. Interesting stuff eh?

Yeah I definetly think that it is something along those lines except not with the physical body. I mean it was already in the ambulance when I seen the other.
Ok, Let's start off by telling you what a big impact this has had on my life. I was raised to be a devout christian...to love god and to fear him. As far as I can tell my way of thinking began to change when I was about 6 maybe 7. I was in a pickup truck traveling with my mother and her boyfriend along the highway when for some reason (I don't know If he fell asleep or if he just lost control) but we ended up in oncoming traffic going straight towards a semi. I remember seeing the truck barreling towards us and then my mother pushing me down and then everything just went black...The next thing I know I'm hovering above the accident looking down. I seem to get a little closer to ground and I can see and hear the truck driver talking to someone on the cb radioing for help. What seemed like seconds later I watched as paramedics arrived and began pulling my mother her boyfriend and me out of the wreckage. I remember thinking that something wasn't quite right about this...I mean this went beyond anything that I was brought up to believe, and the weird thing was, I wasn't even scared it was as if I was watching someone elses accident I had never before felt so comforatable and there was this sense of "knowing" that I can't explain. The paramedics put us on stretchers and I watched as we were placed in the ambulance. I turned to look at the truck we had been riding in when I saw something inside. It was ME looking back up at me. There seemed to be a very strong connection between myself and the me in the truck...we kept staring at each other as if we were both in disbelief and wanting the other to make the first move. The next thing I know I am sitting straight up in the hospital with a nurse taking my vitals. My mother and her boyfriend were in critical condition and I had escaped with out a scratch. After that incident the out of body experiences came very frequently to me, sometimes came so strongly that it was as if I was being ripped from my body by some unseen force. I thought that I had discovered something totally new but about the time I turned 15 I had found the internet and began doing research into what it was that was happening to me, and found that similar experiences have happened to countless people.
Not only have the obe's and astral projections come very often but I also have pre cognitive dreams, I can see things that are not anywhere near me, and have discovered that I can sort of influence others into making decisions through what I guess is some sort of telethapy. Lol well I guess I'm rambaling but there is one thing that I am sure unsure of. What was the 3rd instance of me during my NDE (the one that was still in the truck looking at me)? Possibly my ethiric body knocked from me by the shock of the accident? If so is it possible for the ethiric to exist in the real time zone without the real time double because obviously my consciousness was in the real time zone and had to have some sort of vehicle right? Anyway any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.
