AD Relaxaton Method- 5 - 10

hey all...

i did that astral dynamics relaxation method... it worked well and i found it good to tense for the five seconds and then relax for 10 seconds... if not my mind definitely wandered if i just relaxed without the count...

where are those metheds at? i really need to try any thing i can. my mind wonders a lot also. i also fall asleep two.

I think much has to do with stress. You get stressed up with allt the different techniques, methods of get the OBE. Think about it. Take a break from internet, friends, news and all that and just go somewhere to get some peace. From there you can try all the different methods with a  naturally concentration and not get disturbed and unconsciously focused on all the side things. You will get a straight awareness line far away from stress and confusion.
Im going out for around a month in a few days, to do some music and just get inner focus. Hope you think little about it.
