I will start with my experience last night.

I was having a dream that I was in four different sectionals for my choir at once.  I dont remember to many details now only that I was watching myself teach four different classes at the same time.  I think at some point I realized that I was dreaming and suddenly became very aware of my Conscious.  I started vibrating like crazy and instead of getting excited, i focused on them to make them stronger.  I then felt like I was moving incredibly fast.  So fast that I was floating without thinking.

Then the problems started. I couldnt breathe. I felt like I was suffocating.  I took in a deep breath while trying to keep my focus on my vibrations and the shot of of bed fully awake.

Is this "not being able to breathe" a fear I have and should try fear analysis to help myself?

And how long to these vibrations usually last?

There was this one time (recently) during a dream that I believe was or turned to an OBE...I began to float and move extremely fast. I saw pictures/video or my surroundings through this rectangular vision I had. Then, I felt like I couldn't breathe (and knew that if I tried to take a breath it might end) so I took a breath and the experience ended. I think it might have been because I realized that I had not been consciously aware of my breathing, which made me feel like I wasn't breathing at all.

When I've had them, they lasted for several seconds. Not long after they began, I was OOB.

Thanks.

I am reading an online book right now had the author said that the vibrations would last no longer that 15 seconds but to not trust that because it is different everytime for different people.
