wow that sounds awsome i never thought about doing that. i do have songs stuck in my head all day i never thought about it that way. okay i will share something with the people here, at night when i go to bed i need to sleep with my t.v on because i see things like some times spirits or just things flying around in my room it is very desturbing sometimes can me kinda scary to be aunist. it is very very weard, i always thought if i was to go into a obe i would see it all clearly witch can be kinda freaky in ways. when i tack picturs in my room i get tons of orbs maybey like 25 at the most some time it can be at LEAST one. but i read that it was just angle sparks i gess you can say it is like just showing you that you have angles in your room/house what every. the freakish thing that i got in my pictur was actualy a angle in my room it was by my door not. well it is not freaky more releving that i do have lots of angles very cool thought. Just ask for your angle/angles to be in a picture and i beleve they will or at least there orbs will be. if you think that orbs are something differnt tell me because i heard of all diffent storys.

You all seem quite open-minded, so I thought I'd share this technique with you.
This does not necessarily pertain to astral projections, but it could be applied nonetheless if you have any trouble clearing your mind before a projection or meditation or whatever..

Have you ever noticed how songs can really stick in your head for an entire day? (This can often be quite annoying, depending on what song it is.)
I have noticed that this usually happens if I hear a song early in the morning because, being wrecked early before college, my thoughts tend to drift and the song imprints itself in your subconscious.
Well, basically pick a song. Pick a good one. Listen to it in the morning before college/work/school or whatever. Then listen to it again just before going to bed, to refresh your memory.
The effect this has on me is that I would lie in bed and this song would keep playing over and over in my mind, actually making it difficult to think about anything. The main benefit of listening to it in the morning is that it does not go away, even if you try to make it. I find this works especially well with electro or techno music with some minimal lyrical content.
Not only that, but usually the song would also create powerful associations of (usually for me) a place where I was at the time I listened to the song in the morning, and as I regress into sleep my mind begins to wander and 'drift off' into the park or green or wherever I was..
This is usually the last thing I remember before I fall asleep at night, and now that I'm attempting to project I find this to be quite helpful in clearing my mind, without me actually doing anything.

Anyway, just thought I'd share..
