I think I am making some progress.

My first OBE earlier this week was somewhat hazy and lacked the control that I desire, however last night was different.

Like last time, I got up around 4 / 5 ish AM for a bathroom run and then went back to bed and started repeating "I am leaving my body".

This time I felt mild vibrations and then my head just sank into the bed. I knew that I was breaking free and phasing into my astral body. I then just rolled back and forth about 3 times and then eventually just rolled out of my body to the left side and landed in a squatting position on the floor beside the bed.

I could not see very good as was the case last time. This time I was prepared and knew what to do. I simply thought "clarity", "awareness". and instantly the room lit up. I was there only a fraction of a second because I thought about my childhood home 1000 miles to the east. I was instantly standing  in the the front yard of the house I grew up at.

I then realized I was back home and that my grandmothers house was only 1 mile to the east (She is sick and close to dieing) so I just instinctivvely took off flying to the east. While flying over the trees, I noticed how much detial there was to everything, actually seemed more detailed than waking life.

I lost focus at this point and woke up.

Just thought I would share these experiences in hopes that it will inspire others to discover their true self. I will continue to post my progress as I have new experiences.

Best Regards

David
