id like to know whats happening to me when i close my eyes i see alot off circles one inside the other it kind of looks like a bulls-eye and my eyes flutter alot ive tried to open a passageway to my inner being maybe its that is there a ways to find out if you have opened it?maybe im awakening spiritually??? don't know [/b]

your hitting REM sleep while your still awake.  Its no big deal but it is kind of wierd if you dont know whats going on.  Just relax and feel yourself going into it and you could have an OBE.

I see all kinds of visual things when I close my eyes. I even see them at times while my eyes are open and have been doing so for years. Sometimes I'll see and hear people I don't know doing things such as having a conversation. None of this had lead to problems. It helps to have the sense that whatever you see can never touch the awareness being you are.
