neck paralysis

When i try to astral project it is in the afternoon and I almost always get a very strong energy surge through my body and then i'm looking at my room through my eyelids. I can move my astral arms and legs, however I cannot get out of my bed, because my neck is paralyzed and whenever i try to situp or rollout of my body my neck won't budge. Does anyone have any suggestions??
