I need some easy techniques, because I have trouble with rope techniques.
I am familiar with the rope technique.... but to help you I'd first need to know how you are applying it.... Like, what stage of transcendence are you using it? What feelings are you getting? What is it that leads you to determine it to be a failure (other then not having an OBE, obviously)?
If you're intent on giving up on the rope technique, try quieting the mind and concentrating on your breathing function. This may be easier for you, but no technique is inherently easy.

THX :-D
I would listen to Astral316 - Breathing and relaxation is for sure the best technique I have ever used. You should be able to just pop out, without having to move anything. It is much better to induce an OBE without moving for many reasons. By moving, you could wake yourself up, and this whole idea of a "rope" suddenly being there for you to grab sounds to me like a suggestion from someone who is good at manifesting objects. The fact that you're trying to use movement to induce the OBE means the following...
1) When/if successful, you will be entering the physical spirit-body. You should be aware of the limits and nature of this body.
2) Rope technique clearly is not the best technique ever, because for that to work, (i might be wrong about this) but you will have to manifest an actual rope, which for anyone without experience sounds like an impossibility.
If you are really interested in experiencing the physical nature of an OBE, just try rolling out... even just sit up. Seriously, it is actually really simple as long as your timing is right and you know how your body is working and which wake/sleep stage to try such a thing. Which is why I asked you so many questions....
