this is a great site for information. the books you can buy off of this site are some of the best i have ever read on this subject. most books out there are on peoples experiences with obe. they dont get into techniques on how to do it. so i highly suggest to get "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce. this would be a great place to start.

you can start by downloading the 'treatise on obe'. its on the downloads page when you first get to astralpulse.com. its near the bottom of the page. its a little out-of-date but its about the same as robert bruce's astral dynamics, only smaller and more unorganized.
