you may have to do some personal research on the subject.
one book that has helped me is: 'the projection of the astral body' by sylvan muldoon.
Best thing to do would be to read several books on the subject and search the net on the topic.
Reading these forums will help greatly too....
Yes. Personal research is the best way. Then you can take what you have read and apply it to you and make it personal.
You dont have to spend money either. There are many free e-books and information around. This forum has tons of info. www.astraldynamics.com does as well. <----They have a Library setting that will send a book you want to a Library that is close to you! So you just have to check it out.
