Yes, it is common to feel pressure when pushing on a ki ball. It is one of the things to look for in the exercise I used to feel energy for the first few times. Take a few deep breaths, relax, and rub the palms of your hands together about twenty to thirty seconds. Then place them a few inches apart and push them slowly together. Pulling them apart and pushing the hands together should result in pressure, heat, tingliness, or other sensations.
hey , I've just started experiencing Ki balls for myself. I've been doing them and getting people to stick their hands between mine and they feel intense tingling and sometimes even a little pain in their knuckles.
I've done this to 6 or more people just today and they all felt it although 4 of them were extremely skeptic about the whole thing. They left me believing that I was doing something real hehe. What I dont understand is .. since I proved to them how real it is... why dont they have more of an interst in it !?
If someone did that to me and I didnt know it was possible , I'de be like .. OOH GIMMI SOME INFO I WANNA DO IT! You know.. Maybe I'm just more interested in wierd things like this.
I would like to learn how to throw balls but I cant get that ..I'de also like to make it show up in the dark but I'm not sure if I can do that either.

I believe I can do anything. I believe I just have to learn more before I can make it happen.
Is Ki the same as Chi?
If yes, then from what I have heard - pressure when you push it (I have only tried to hold it in a smaller and smaller space) either means there is blockage, or alternatively that you are a natural at whatever you are trying. Take your pick, or maybe see if both apply.
I was summoning a ki ball and when i went to press it down some thing was pushing my hands away just wondering what that means if anything
