Your friend is referring to the Akashic Records!  This is a library of every event that has ever taken place in history.  Any question you might have about the past exists here, but rather then read them you experience them first hand.  There are a few suggestions in getting there.  One is to have a picture of a building on your wall and tape the words Akashic Records onto the building, then while OOB you simply enter the picture.  On this Astral Pulse website you can go to the training section and click on "treatise of OBE" and in part two there is a section on the Akashic Records.  I recommend looking into it for further info.

I have been talking to a friend of mine and he said something about a library. To get there, you have to be OOB. But I want to know how to get there. Are there any suggestions you use to get your mind there or what?[?] I geuss, from what he says, this is a library with all the documents of the history. How do i gat there?
