Title: Need to breathe!
Post by: Jimallover on June 13, 2005, 21:21:36
When at Focus 21, I need deep gulps of air. It sort of gets in the way of really going deeper and deeper. I am at 9,000 feet now and not quite use to it but it also happened in Florida too. Is this a bad thing? Should I try to relax breathing or is it a fear type thing? Its like my breathing slows way down and all of sudden I need to catch up. Any help is appreciated, and you folks are the best, Jim

I agree, MT. As far as I know, the worst that could happen is that you will pass out and your body will go back to regulating your breathing without your conscious interference.

Recently I've done some frequency analysis on Focus 21 tapes and confirmed my hypothesis that F21 belongs to a very active brain state similar to REM sleep.

Due to the fact that F21 is the last focus associated with the body, you could experience the fact from the first hand: the brain needs more oxygen in F21.

Thanks for the answers, one more question not directly related to this question, but are there other Cd's you would recommend to go to the equivalent of Focus 21 or beyond? The Monroe Cd's are great, am wondering if there are also others that change brain waves? Jim
