As many as you enlightened souls already know, words and thoughts DO create every living second of your reality, what I have learned from this is, that intent can also aid you into obes, I have been saying to my self over and over and over again, but out aloud or in my mind, with intent and courage, that I will obe! That I will become fearless, so far I keep waking up in the vibrational states every day know, and I have been feeling much braver in waking life to.

So for the new comers to obes, give intent a serious try, it will help so much! And you can use it for waking life as well.
