new technique (disturbed sleep)

I have experienced a sort of strange state after being awoken from sleep at around 1-2-3 AM at night and then going back to sleep after staying up for a short time, it's related to sleep paralysis but just before the paralysis sets in, theirs this sort of dizzyness and a flashing consciousness sensation when lying on the bed. This is the most effective technique i have ever experienced that is close to projecting. I will keep updating on further results, I have also noticed incrased DeJavu, it's so weird, when having the Dejavu for a few seconds, I am 100% certain it happened, but then it goes away and can't remember why I feel it happened, it's similar to a dream that you remember just after waking up but then later on in the day, you almost completely forget it.

I've heard something quite similar before... The fact that more persons claim thet this IS effective has made me to decide that I will try it tonight, too!

Heh heh heh. I remember this from back when it was called the "Interrupted sleep method." It goes like this.

Get up 2 hours early.
eat something make sure you're fully awake, for like 20 min.
Go back to bed, put in ear plugs
Set alarm for 5 minutes, relax
when woken up, set alarm again for 10 min
when woken up again, set alarm for 15 min
Then for 20, min, then for 25, until you project.

Be sure to do reality checks in case you've projected and don't know it.
