New to boards - Question about nausea

Last night I was trying to induce an OBE. I got relaxed. Got to the vibration and the feeling of moving and at one point popped out for about a millisecond. After I stopped trying and I rolled over I got really nauseous, my bowels cramped up and I got all dizzy and threw up. Another friend of mine was also trying last night and had the same thing happened to her, except that she didn't actually throw up. (Is something blocking us from OBEing?)

Anyone have an ideas as what this is?

No...not right now.  But we are also in different states, we just knew that we were both trying last night. And then compared notes today.

No idea, then. It could be any number of things on either of your ends.

I'd have to say coincidence and it was something physical, not non-physical.
