Finally, after diligently practicing, i finally felt a ridiculous amount of energy throughout my left hand.  I decided to stimulate it even more. I began to bounce it back and forth.  I could feel it pulsate from the heel of my hand and then back to my fingertips.  I decided to go faster.  And faster, and faster.... it was amazing.  My left arm was working as well.   Not as powerful as my left hand but still.  My right hand is not as responsive as my left hand but i can defiantly feel the energy in it moving.  My feet have been accustomed to feel minor energy... i know its there but it takes a while to stimulate.  My legs are also a  bit non responsive, but i can non the less feel the "rushing water" in my legs.  The only thing I'm having trouble with is my spine.  I am right now only visualizing with no response.  I believe that in time it will become more potent.  I also started the entire body energy bounce.  I could feel the energy most at my toes and fingertips.  It faded the closer i got to my mid body.  But then resumed its potency as i got further.

I had a question though, could i use this energy to heal things such as asthma or bad eye sight?

If you are having trouble with the spine I suggest a few things.  Firstly the basics-physical exercise of the spine, just to help things along. Spinal twists, bends and stuff like that. I'd google for some spine exercises-so that you can get diagrams if needed.
Secondly the problem of course is localisation of awareness in the spine. I still get this myself after plenty of practice and success..  So if you can have someone help you, get them to run their hand slowly up and down the spine in time with your bounces.  Get them to heat their hand up first perhaps.

Another idea would be to try using a small amount of tiger balm in a line up the spine. Deep heat is an alternative. This may allow you to focus on the line of the spine.
One other thing, you *may* find contracting the perineum may help somewhat in time with the upward part of the bounce.

The whole thing being gaining tactile awareness of your spine in total.
