I'd like proof of Astral Projection. I am rather skeptical about the whole thing but I still wish to listen to the proofs you may have. And I'd rather hear something definite, something which can not be explained for example by lying, set-up or anything of the likes. I may argue some points but if I do, it's not to offend anyone.
My friend asked me to make this topic here because of my skepticism.

What we can do is assist in your learning how to Astral Project on your own to provide yourself the proof you're looking for.

You can get proof by trying AP for yourself.
I havent yet exited myself, yet somewhere deep inside m I know its for real. Dunno why I feel that, I cant explain it :?
I've set up a card on a high shelf in my living room face up.
One morning when I got OOB I went and looked at the card in the non phsyical and it was a red 7 of hearts.
Then I returned to body and went and looked at the card in the physical. It was a red 7 of diamonds.
It was very close and I think if I had a little more lucidity I would have got the exact card.
I havn't had the chance to try it again though. Maybe in the future

That's actually easily explained.
When you're out you need not make snap judgments.
The judgment in this case was you seeing "red" and thinking "heart".
This coloured your perception of what you saw.
Had you closed your emotions/thoughts off and caught yourself before you made the snap judgment call regarding the card, you probably would have seen the true card.

Basically, i have set up the almost exact same experiment with my friends. I have left a picture on my keyboard somewhere in my room, and if they manage to AP to me they will be able to see what the picture is on the keyboard.
However, i was told by somebody else that it is not possible to see a picture in detail due to distortions, is this not quite as true as he implied?
Maaann is one of my friends who I have suggested AP to, but he was not totally convinced, so I thought i should send him here to see if anyone could provide him with proof.

Doing this prevents what's called an "overlay experience" from happening. In this case, the experience is you projecting into Focus 1oC and having an overlay from Focus 2oC.
In 1997 I saw myself at a house that I had never been to before. The layout was distinctive with a dinig area opening up to the lounge. The clarity was amazing. The color of the house from the outside was grey and the number on the wall was 6. There were 2 other people in a the house at the time, a relative and a close friend I had not seen for over 10 years as he lived about 1000kms from where I was at that time.
In 2000, the friend I had not seen in 13 years (3 years after the inital AP) called me to ask if I had a spare room for him as he had just landed a job in my area. I said yes and a week later he was renting a room at my house. 2 weeks after that my cousin, the other person that I had seen in the AP also called me asking if I had another room to rent. I said yes and he planned to move in a week later however the following week he told me he had just bought a new home and asked if I wanted to move in with him along with my friend who was also a friend of my cousins.
The friend moved 2 weeks later from my place to the new place while I sorted out the rental property we were in. At this stage I had totally forgotten about the AP 3 years earlier. It wasnt until I arrived at the new house that I realised this was the house. It was grey with the number 6 on the wall. I walked inside and the layout was exactly as I had seen it, and...the two people I had seen in the house 3 years prior, were also there.
Explain that one! lol....Absolutely True and one of many amazing experiences.
I also agree with other posters that "proof" is difficult because it relies on someone elses say so, but the real proof is through trying it yourself, however skeptics make the worst AP'ers because belief that it is possible is one of the first things you need.
