Lucid Dreams to OBEs

Hello i will  start off about a year ago when my father was visited by an entity. He was also messing with OBEs and was having lucid during this time he would be tormented by the entity, so bad he would turn to God. he would stay up all night praying to a point were he was going insane. One time he went to my house and i took a picture we got rid of it because it  had bad vibes to it. It looked like a ghost or a skull in the back of his head when he turned to face the other way i took the pic but anyways that night i tried to kill my father, i felt such anger and hate and i felt possessed,i picked up a shovel and tried hitting him with it i literally wanted to kill the person i love so much.

A few months passed and he moved into  a new apartment(where im writing this right now im with him) The excrement with the entity stopped for most parts but he barley gets the feeling of its presence. Well i was sick a while back and i slept..

Heres where i believe that i had the OBE/Lucid dream. I was in my dream and i thought i got up to go to school i felt like i was on the bus for school and i was morphing from my room to the dream standing up in the middle of my room to sleeping in my  bed it was crazy.. Im just looking for answers

And today like 1 hr ago we tried achieving an OBE and he explained the 7 Chakras and such but anyways as i was laying there and as i was relaxing with my eyes closed i saw a white light in my head that was trying to break through the darkness idk what all this means but i just wanna kno whats happening
