i posted this because i really need help with AP so i started this thread.
part 1: sounds
I've heard of people using the AP sounds before exiting the body to signify when is a good time to leave, does anybody do this?
And when i am getting close to it i don't hear chains or bumps, i hear water dripping from the roof onto paper.
Part 2: itches
when i am meditating i feel itches on my body and i am compelled to scratch them, does this happen to anybody else?
part 4: vibratory state and accessing it
i have yet to experience the vibratory state, and the only time i ever did was when i had an obe during my sleep.
This is the mist important part on this whole post, because i have a really hard time accessing it, so i ask this: what do YOU do to enter the vibratory state?
Part 5: Exiting
I am still having a lot of trouble exiting, and i have yet to "feel" what it is like to exit, so anything here on exiting (advice, comments) will be greatly appreciated.
Sounds:
Not all people hear sounds. The most common on exiting is a rushing wind sound. Some people hear other things but everyone is different.
Itches:
They're really just your body's way of being uncomfortable with what's going on. It's weird for it to lie still for so long so it wants to create a distraction so you can stop. The best thing to do is ignore it and it will go away, promise.
Vibratory state/accessing:
I don't have much on this one but I do know that it needs to happen for a successful OBE. It usually happens out of the blue after you've got the whole 'mind awake body asleep' thing going on.
Exiting:
You can't exit until you've got the vibrations down. It really, well, you simply vibrate out of you to be vague :lol: I had it happen to me partially and I was 'aware' I was still lying down but part of me, where my conscious mind was, was sitting up.
Don't give up yet, keep trying. I am and I still haven't gotten perfect results but you'll learn along the way. The best way to really exit is to just will yourself to leave and promise yourself it's for a good thing.

ok i will keep you updated, and try my hardest to AP, but i have a damn hard time reaching the vibratory state, what do you guys do for it?

I have a time limit! may sound odd but i do, and you may not know it but i am extremely relaxed...i just type energetic.
I think he meant chill as maybe take a break for a while and stop trying so hard. What happens, happens, let it take the course it needs to. You've read about it, you're conscious knows what to do
