How long in minutes before you reach vibration stage ?

proyect_outzone

Less than 4 minutes till much more than 30 minutes. Depends strongly from method, focus, motivation, experience and several other things.

Hi,
Some of us have only had vibrations a couple of times so this experience should not be used as a marker.
A few never feel them ever.
I had them once at a very early age then twice in a month. There is a time of fourty years between them with nothing.
Dont expect them as a regular occurance. Look within yourself for that feeling you get when you are ready. This takes a few experiences to recognise. Each time something will be different. The end result is mostly the same.
Safe travels.

Yeah I echo that, I get them some times lately in my solar plexus before going to sleep, but never before projection.

You knowing this information as it pertains to other people doesn't help you in the slightest.
Everyone is different.

Some people, like myself, don't get Vibrations... ever.

Being a beginner at projection i can state that the problems with most beginners is that they worry too much about what they think they are supposed to feel. For example, when you are trying to project and automatically wait to feel the vibrational stage and in your head you are thinking "Is that it? Is that what I'm supposed to feel? Am i getting close". From the words of the wise and experienced: Just let go!

Szaxx

Hi
The words of the wise are just.
To try to help you I examined the state before the exit stage.
I noticed for a few seconds that my breathing and heart rates seemed to be out of synchronisation with their previous timings. Or as my awareness of my physical body dissapeared and reappeared the position, not rate at which they were was very different. During this phase shift of conciousness between the states I had total control and kept very aware of this  so this help could be made accurately. The fact that this happened gives an insight to some time dilation or speed at which time flows changing when 'out'.
The main problem with misinterpretation of this finding to a beginner would be that he was aware of the timing of the beat and all of a sudden it appears after it should by quite a large margin. This in itself would create fear and prevent further progress
Letting go is this point and the overactive analysis of this process and happenings will have  negative results.

I've also found that a lot of the sensation and feelings will be new ones that don't equate with anything you've felt before. Especially vibrations. I've always described them as being electrocuted but without pain, or having running chainsaws strapped all over your body... but I've never experienced either of those things, so the description is already wrong. In reality (physical reality), there's nothing like it. So much about experiencing AP is completely new and indescribable and you just have to do it. Having no expectations is probably the best.

Hi,
Reflecting on this it is when the body goes into autopilot. Waking out at this point isn't something you would normally do. I only wanted to write the experience immediately as after a while it may have been distorted somewhat. The feeling was strange as I never have gone in this direction before. It promoted the impression of something has taken over your body at first impression. This for a beginner is so unnatural that immediate return would ensue. Having never experienced SP myself I would guess this brief experience could be drawn out if susceptible to it. It could easily be a scary experience with SP as calmnes wouldn't be the first response IMHO.
It took around 300 seconds to do starting at the first visualization.
Interesting all the same.
