From what I know the NovaDreamer is used as an aid to achieve a lucid dream. It has sensors that look for your REM (rapid eye movement), which is a sign that you are dreaming. This occurs about every 90 minutes during your sleep cycle. When it detects REM then it flashes a bunch of lights that you may see in your dream and then realize that you are dreaming. A lucid dream is in my opinion better than the state of focus 10 because you are dreaming too. But I guess if you stopped the dream you would be in the right state. All focus 10 is mind awake/ body asleep. You could try to convert your LD into an OBE though.

"What is the prise of nova dreamer?"
From what I know it is about $350.00 (US dollars).

I recently bought a NovaDreamer and I'm going to try it tonight, but I was wondering if it has helped anyone achieve a Focus 10 state, whether it be cuing right on the borderland sleep state or inside a dream (since it is unnatural then the mind might awake but the body be asleep).

What are your thoughts on this?
