Last night I was trying to sleep, and started feeling my body less, and I thought I was going to do it. I got excited, I tried to get out, tried to feel out of my body, tried to believe something's pulling be out, but that feeling got less and less (not suddenly) and stopped. I'm not scared about any of these things so there's nothing to do with fear. How can I go further?
Just a beginner...
