I attempted last night. I could not feel my legs so I was just off the edge of sleeping when my arm I think was floating. I jolted up and my arm felt cold. Any ideas?

I was just asking what it was. This was my second attempt! How do you think I'm doing?

It sounds like you're on the verge.  What I would do, if an attempt wakes you, go back to trance and try again.
