Title: nuts?
Post by: appollo on December 27, 2005, 14:48:07
I've read in several places that nuts are not beneficial to eat if you want to astral travel.

Does anyone know the reason for this?

thanks!

I've read it in a couple of places, i do a lot of research on astral travel and have over 35 good trips under my belt.

There is definetely a connection between acidity(starchy foods) in the body and astral propulsion.

I usually have best results in the morning, i get up, do some deep breathing in the backyard and go back to bed trying to maintain attention during my body's relaxation stages.

When my body is asleep again i escape (the mind must be attentive to the process).

I read this - personally I think it's nuts.

Another belief construct.

(Not that there's anything wrong with belief constructs...)

The only thing i heard about is that red meat or heavy meals are not very helpful. About the read meat i have no idea about the reason, but i bet that is a kind of superstition, or maybe its true: eating meat can cause you to have a bad karma (you killed an animal to eat that meat.

About the heavy meal i think its obvious: a big stomach cannot help you with anything, including obes.

Hi:

Like Sarah says, it's a belief contrust. As long as your body isn't acting up in terms of keeping your attention, it's all good.
