There are lots of topics that you can look at on the fourm to help you with this and there is also the book that Robert Bruce wrote, he has it on the front page of the site.  I still haven't had an OBE, but I have come close.  Hope you get there too.

The fact that you are asking questions in the forum indicates that you have already established appropriate theoretical background, right? Might I ask you which books have you read on the subject, and exactly what are you having problem with?

There are a lot of nice and experienced people here that will surely help you out, but asking supergeneralized questions is a bit... err... inappropriate. Its like asking "so, how do you do math?"

Im wel known on forums to be very vocal.
wel first of alll im 13,Man,and very intrested in ghosts and stuff

But heres the question

I found out about OBE a couple of monthes ago.
I tried a couple of times but nothing...
Propapply cause i did'nt know how..
Now my question is how you OBE.With that i mean on what do you concentrate.
