maybe those phrases don't carry any weight for you, and something more substantial, like AUM, works better for your particular mind.

i dunno, but saying "light now" or "clarity now" seems kind of cheesy to me.  if i ever project i'd use something that has more.. weight.

Many times when I have difficulties with exit after the vibrations I found a trick that I do not know if its a mind's trick or a real tool. Well, when I feel the vib's I spell the AUM -not with my physical mouth- which brings a stabilising effect to the exit process. Usually after this I found my self upside down. Do you think that this special sound has the major importance? Because phrases like -clearity now!- or -light now! doesnt seems to have any effect.
