OBE happens only while sleeping. Any idea for conscious OBE?

I have had about 4 very successful and thrilling out-of-body experiences during sleep over the past year. I seem to become lucid while I separate from my body and I don't use any technique; the process is automatic, I just drift out of sinc with my body and I'm free. Very easy and effortless.

I try to have conscious OBEs at different times of the day. Morning after waking up, afternoon naps, before bed. I usually get the vibrations but nothing like the experiences I get during sleep.

I would love to have conscious OBEs, so please offer advice on how I can achieve this. Much appreciated.

Your body has to be asleep, so maybe if you exercised a while before attempting it could make you tired enough to be able to fall asleep.

You've been doing Conscious Obe already, you were alert at the time you left your body. I believe you mean 'Instantaneous Obe'. You will need to induce some deep relaxation:

1 - progressive relaxation of muscles and quieting of the mind: concentrate on your body and make sure there is no tension, from head to toe, if there is, strain that part a bit and then loose completely. Feel yourself heavy.

Give up on thinking, like you're tired of thinking, just resign from it and let yourself go numb;

2 - passive awareness of inner stillness: perceive how you feel, you're on the border of sleep, leave the world behind;

3 - acknowledgment of the trance state and deepening: soon thoughts appear out of nowhere, fleeting images, don't control them, observe them and let them go on freely.

They will come and go like waves, wish for more and follow some of them to see where they take you. They can be absurd and funny, you might find yourself thinking about surfing turtles, or hear people talking about how to make a cake;

4 - appliance of an exit technique: there are many of them, I prefer the ones that involve movement sensations, you need to create that motion within yourself, using your 'ghost body'. With your ghost hands hold your mattress, push and pull yourself up and down until you gain enough momentum to separate from the physical.
