I wasn't sure if it was me or the OBE I had yesterday morning, but I've noticed that I feel really run down, almost like I have a hangover.
Is this a common phenomena with OBE's or perhaps there is something else wrong with me.
I do remember that this particular OBE did scare me somewhat. Why, I don't know.
i usually feel very refreshed after an obe but it can be the other way for you especially if its scary...
Every single OBE I have ever had has left me feeling absolutely WORN TO THE BONE. Sometimes I can't get out of bed, I just lay there for while.
I have to make sure I don't project when I have to get up right away and do something.
For me it is quite normal (I guess).
Me too. It usually takes me a couple of days to get over them, and I want to sleep for 3 or 4 hours afterwards. I have come to the conclusion it's because of the loss of real sleep, but then I'm like a zombie for hours afterwards. Really disproportionate to the time I'm actually 'out'.

I'm a light sleeper and I'll wake up several times during the night but I have never felt drained the way I did after this last OBE.
I'm going to have to pay particular attention to this to see if there is any correlation. Funny, I don't recall reading anything about this.
I haven't read anything about it other than my own posts. I just thought I was getting too old for this (I'm pushing 49). I wonder what people older than us do- can they handle it?

I'm 51. Probably too old for this as well. Perhaps the ol' man is getting me ready for the "great beyond"! :sad3:
That's strange, I usually feel rather envigorated. I don't think it's age related, although I'm just 28. Could be also that you wake up too fast or in a wrong stage which would disrupt your sleep severely. Don't give up on it too soon jub^2. It's fun!

I'm not going anywhere. Too many realms to explore!
Well I feel the same with life, so I prefer to do nothing.
The greatest pain of all is to chose one from the infinite possibilities.
(You're quite philosophical today, jub jub.)
