OBE "Magickal History Book"

Hallo All
I'm just getting around to posting my most recent OBE. This took place during the last week in December. This one is actually quite unusual and well worth reading. It is titled ---

                                               "Magickal History Book"
Sunday, December 26, 2010 (OBE # 100)
   This began already out of body as I viewed a magickal history book. This book opened up to pages of continuous film of 'history'. 'History' is in quotation marks because I believe that most of what was shown was an alternate history in a parallel or alternate universe.
   Most of what was shown was early World War 2 in North Africa. Italian infantry, armor and trucks moved across flat desert-like areas.This may have been Libya or Egypt or, more likely Ethiopia or Somalia (where some historical combat did occur during 1939 and 1940). However, none of the tanks looked familiar.
   There were also many scenes of civilians travelling on foot, sometimes with Italian soldiers. There were also other scenes of 'history' that looked to be during World War 2 but the exact date and location were undetermined.
   At times small graphic texts in the book would appear to identify various Italian tanks or vehicles. Other people viewed this book with me. I made a comment about this to a man saying that none of the tanks or vehicles looked familiar.
   After watching historical imagery for 10 to 12 minutes (it may have been longer because the book was fascinating so more time may have passed) a new 'historical' event was shown. A group of (Italian?) women had gathered to demand that a North African man be turned over to them to be punished for (sex?) crimes. The images were somewhat disjointed but the people and events were very clear. Eventually somebody inside a house turned the man over to the women and this story ended.
   Suddenly, however, I was actually at that location and not just viewing it in the book. It was a small town somewhere in North Africa (or maybe in Italy). I believe this was most likely either a Belief System Territory or a parallel universe. Anyway I was on a small street or alley near a long wall. The man who had also been viewing the book was with me. I scanned the area from a door in the wall and then walked farther along the street/alley about 30 feet to a small house. Here the OBE abruptly ended without warning and I was back in my physical body.
   Notes. Time was 5:15 to 6:00 AM. Duration of the OBE was 20 to 40 minutes, maybe longer. I lay on my right side. Location was either a Belief System Territory (BST) or an alternate universe. There were many people there (either discarnate if in a BST or physical if in an alternate Universe (I*)).Deliberate,  Emotional, Teleport,  Portal,  Book, Time change,  Pranayama (before),  Meditation (before),  Affirmations (before).


So what do you think? Strange? Unusual? dramatic? Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I'd really like to hear your comments or questions.

Definitely dramatic!

The important part is that you were able to record most, if not all of the experience. That way you can definitely look back on it at some future point to see if there are any consistencies between it and something going on in your current life.

It might not be something as cut and dry as a war... as even Monroe had a prophetic experience he listed in his, I think, first book... which didn't turn out exactly as shown, but it all seemed to be metaphors and ideas around how his mind could cope with what it was being shown.

In any case... yes, very dramatic indeed.

Xanth and Noy, thanx to both for your responses.
The only thing that I can make sense out of the OBE is that there can be a Very fine line between being a spectator and being a participant. So perhaps there was some type of subtle hint hidden in there somewhere about being too passive and not being active enough ??. IDK it's also possible that something will take place in the future that will shed some light on this OBE.

I can share one similar experience where I actually felt like I lived several years of a life in a boy growing up through adolescence. It was sometime in the early 1920-1930's and there were issues of heavy racism at school. I clearly remember seeing through his eyes several days of a bus ride home. At times though I also think it was alternative universe because the "writings" were very different and impossible to read. I remember reading entrances on "street' signs and houses but they were impossible to touch or decipher. I met an old woman whom I felt "family" with and she told me that I was special and that I would soon here of something called "the horizon" in my <experiences>. It was as if she knew I was someone else seeing through this boys eyes. It was a very interesting experience. If you have any questions feel free to ask and ill pull up my log on it...I am still puzzles to this day what "the horizon" meant, but I heard of it in other experiences as well.

Great experience, also unusual. So instead of pictures in the history book there was a film, was it 3D? And was it like you phased into the page of the book?
I have never experienced something like this, thanks for sharing!

Your experience of 'living' another life in an alternate universe was much more detailed and complex than mine. I was more of an onlooker than a participant for most of my OBE. I Do believe that my experience also happened in an alternate universe and not in a BST. It's more of a hunch or guess though because I have no way to Know for sure.

Thanx  and good luck with your own projections. If you keep an open mind and are open to such things happening then by all means its highly likely that something similar will happen to you.

Yes, exactly, you have it right by describing it as a film in a history book. The images were moving and continuous. Most of what I saw was a large Italian army unit (including vehicles) moving over open country. Same with the 'story' about the group of women. A motion picture or holographic images, not still photos.
