OBE "Mary"

Greetings.
It has been over two months since I have posted any OBEs here. So it is high time that I posted here again. This experience happened in early April. This OBE seemed significant to me at that time. However, I have had No further meetings with this person, physical, OOB or dreams since then and so now feel that this may have only been a random event.

Tuesday April 5, 2011 (OBE # 106)
   Strangely this began with dream imagery (the dream state) about a family get together in New Castle, IN. It was a large gathering which included my (deceased) father. However, I strongly believe that all the family members there were dream characters and that this was not an after death communication.
   Significantly there Was one person there who was out of place. It took me several minutes to realize that and when I grasped this fact I was immediately able to transition into astral awareness.
   The person who would normally not have been there was Mary G. I knew her from grade school and high school yet could not call her a close friend and she never attended any family gatherings. I should also add that back in school I was very attracted to her, had a crush on her in fact, although we never dated.
   Anyway, after becoming aware of the astral (or ethereal) environment all the family members gradually disappeared one by one. I quite expected Mary to disappear as well yet she remained.
   We began talking and eventually (ten to fifteen minutes later) nobody else remained. She was a bit older than I remembered her yet appeared much younger than she must actually be now. She had a subdued, even sad and melancholy, manner. Yet I found it much easier to talk to her now than I had ever before in the physical.
   We were together for about 30 minutes. And honestly I did feel some unusual emotions or vibes. It was actually somewhat unusual because I felt sad that she was so quiet and depressed and was also strangely excited to see her again. There was no sex involved although that possibility was certainly not out of the question. So, really, I am unsure of what to make of it all.
   Notes. Time was about 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM and duration was maybe 30 to 45 minutes. I lay on my left side. OBE # 106 was either in a physical area of Pittsburgh or in a BST of same. The only real person there was Mary (discarnate) as all the others must have only been dream characters. Deliberate, Emotional, Dream>>into>>OBE, Pranayama (before), Meditation (before), Affirmations (before) Rope cargo net (before)

You wrote that Mary was discarnate? Does that mean you know she had passed away?

In that case I wonder if the contact was a retrieval as she seemed to be in a state of
mind which could fit into F 23?

But you also write that "this was not an after death communication", so I'm unsure what
you mean.

Yes, She was discarnate but I do not believe that she was a ghost (passed away). Rather I feel it is most likely that she was having an OBE (or perhaps was dreaming?). Now actually I have No definate  knowledge either way about this, it was more an intuitive feeling.
As regards a possible retrieval. I doubt this was the case. I have never done a retrieval. And this encounter with her in no way resembled any of the retrievals that I have read about.

Ok, I think she is considered "incarnate".

Yes, you are correct in using the term incarnate because she is physically alive. I used the term discarnate because she was, at the time, out of body. Perhaps a more accurate term would have been 'temporarily discarnate'.
