Hi tboy21

Welcome to the Forums!

Robert Monroe's focus levels:

Frank's model of consciousness, describing the four Focus levels:-

Generally speaking, when a member talks about a Focus level, it is either Monroe or Frank.  You can tell which it is, because Frank has simplified Monroe's model and only uses 4 focuses.

Anything above Focus 3 (as I don't think anyone got to Focus 4, except Frank?) will mean Monroe.

Focus 2 will be Frank, because Monroe went from C1 to Focus 3.  You'll be even more confused now   :confusion:

Have a good read at both posts and also all the Astral FAQs - they're great to get you started.

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

I still don't get the number scheme on phasing levels.

I did find this today though, which I thought was fascinating
and very useful !!

Now if anyone can relate phasing levels to the above that would be cool.

Is there any information on the area beyond focus 27m though?
