This afternoon I had my first out !

It was like:

Sleep -> Dream -> During the dream I suddenly realize it is a dream ->
Everything turns black -> Feels that I'm back to my bed ->
Vibration comes -> Wait -> I can feel that I got out from my body

But the things is..
At first I wasnt sure whether I should open my eye, I thought I might just wake up like that
When I open eyes, things are blurly shown, I couldn't see everything clearly,
There was a continuous feeling of floating around !
And I could hardly move, I was floating like a man-shape ballon, within a room I've never been to
Maybe because the feeling was not very pleasant, and I was about to float out of a window
I decided moved my finger to returned my body,
and then I was back with numb feelings which took a while to be able to get up

My questions are:

1.How to see things clearly?
2.How do you control your movement?

With many thanks

Movement ihibition is mainly caused by mental block as are most problems encountered during AP. If you are finding yourself floating uncontrollably through a wall quickly pick a point you want to get to. Trying to 'fly' or 'float' are already bizarre and rather abstract thoughts for the mind to grasp. Some find that movement is second nature, as though they instinctively knew how to move...

We do this in our dreams... when we walk about getting wrapped up in our dream narrrative we walk around and take movement for granted; As we do during regular conscious walking. Notice though that once there is something to run away from, stress, doubt and fear kicks in and suddenly movement becomes a lot less restricted and is akin to trying to manouvre through magnetic custard.

Anyway... I never really suffer problems of movement in 2nd phase/lucid dream/AP. I did when I was more into cultivating the 1st phase (Ethereal?)... this seems to be a different form of focus that may also be concentrated upon an entirely separate element of consciousness... some may disagree. Regardless of theory, the modalities of 1st phase that are common among practitioners include; The onset of SP (unless spontaneous), being a floaty point of focus rather than a full tactile body, uncontrolable movements in space and a snowy-veiled-vision that is subject to being interpreted in 360 degrees.

Movement as I said works best using either intention (having a remote target or place) or by locally pointing awareness to a point and pulling that point to you... a sort of point and click. Any form of trying to perceive a body or using swimming motions or simply trying to use abstract logic will cause either a return to physicality or entry into 2nd Phase (AP). Sometimes a vivid dream may accompany a 1st phase, as though running side by side.

Thank you Bedeekin,

You're probably right about the mental block.
I was not confident enough about this exploration,
and maybe this is why I couldn't move, as I did not have a strong intention to explore at that time.
My goal was set to "experience to discover that OOBE is true" instead of a journey to somewhere.
Surely I'll try intention/pulling a point next time (Hopefully I won't need it at all by then).  :-)

Obviously this may just be a 'creative' way of getting around... but it works for me. Point and click.

The logic of OOBE movement came to me when I was chatting to a friend called Bob Lazar back in 96. He allegedly worked at area 51 (S4). To cut a long story short he said he back engineered a flying saucer and worked out its propulsion technology. You could probably google Bob Mazar and read about it.

He was describing the way the saucer's propulsion worked. Basically the core would create strong gravity (A) waves that could be concentrated - via the triangulation points of three gravity amplifyers - to a specific point in space. The immensly strong gravity waves grab this point in space and pull the point to the craft. Then the craft basically switches off causing the craft to instantly be at that point in 3D space. When he described this to me, I turned to him with a wide eyed revelation type expression and said "That's how I move while Out-of-Body"... It's a fine day when someone claiming to have back engineered UFO technology looks at you like you're the "crazy" one.

wow i would say the best way to move and see better is to do what i do. ASK to see better. or clarity now please is waht i do to see better. and to move better movement please just ask. that simple ask and ask nice that seems to work better. anytime something is happening to me in any part of the ap world i just ask. like ask to stay longer and bam 15 more mins. so JUST ASK hahahah
is it bad when your dreams are better than real life!
