i'm looking to learn how to AP but i dont know where or who to learn from.
I do believe it is true I do internal martial arts, tai chi, and chi gung, and when doing it sometimes
I could feel something not of this world and I wish to expand that feeling
so that I can learn more about the universe.

I can recommend you start at www.astraldynamics.com and have a look at some of the Tutorials, specifically the Treatise on Astral Projection.

Or, if you prefer a more rigid and structured approach, check out Mastering Astral Projection by the same author.

You may want to have a look at some of the posts in that particular section of the Forums.

Whilst I didn't necessarily "learn" to project (it just came to me), I found reading about it extremely helpful.

I hope this is useful.

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

Hello Archdragon,

I learned AP by studying Robert Bruce's Treatise on OBE, then by reading his book "Astral Dynamics" and "Adventures Beyond the Body" by William Buhlman.

Using the NEW system (which Robert so generously has provided for free on his web site astraldynamics.com) will help you immensely.

Also, interacting with the members on the board thru has helped a lot, too.

Good luck and happy travels! :)
