OBE plan. What you guys think?

So I am starting a strict OBE series of things and exercises to help me project and wanted your views on my plans and idea's. Feel free to say if you think something won't work.

Hypnosis - I plan to use a 40 minutes hypnosis track everyday or every other day to "drum it into my subconscious" to project. I have found in the past when doing techniques I am always too wary of wondering when the time to project is coming. I will be using binaural beats or some other technique and when I feel I am making progress in my mind I will be wondering if its the right time which totally ruins the process. I feel if I have my subconscious "pre-primed" enough to project due to messages being put in my head to do so after weeks or months of hypnosis audio, then I should be able to let go a lot more and have it happen when my body and mindstate is right.

When I use the hypnosis tracks I really don't expect to OBE there and then but I do figure they are helping prime my subconscious for future obe attempts. The subconscious I do believe plays a huge part in everything we do.

Lucid Dreams - I also am going to change my sleeping pattern to try to project from a lucid dream. If I sleep at night for 5 hours then wake up for 10 minutes then go back to sleep for say 3 hours then the chances are my dreams will be more lucid which could be possible to project from.

So this is my basic plan right now. What you guys think? does it have potential?

I have no experience with any aided affirmations.

The last part about waking up then going back to bed sounds awesome.

Although you technically don't have to go back to sleep when returning. Chances are you might slip into Sleep Paralysis and have a fully conscious OOBE. ;)

 Your plan looks great to me!  :-)

But you have to be faithful to it, if you wish your desired results.

Especially the "Affirmations". I use these EVERY night and find great success with them.

I have used Hypnosis via a program I purchased when I started to learn to AP and found it very useful. After a while they weren't necessary though.

Actually the only thing I still do today is my Affirmations and Meditations. Well, my meditations lead to my Phasing.

It sounds to me like you have a recipe for success there!  :-)

Sounds like a good plan, but don't be too strict on yourself with it...i hope it works, let us know  :-)

If you can generate the state of mind as if something was about to kill you if you didn't do something fast, the subconcious would be instantly programmed.
The kundalini type panic attacks are an example. It's fight or flight, that depth of a mindset is required.
If it's impossible or too scarey then being consistant and dedicated every moment available each day will do the ptogramming. This takes three weeks at least to cause an imprint strong enough to be acted on.
Use everything in your power to push the fact you will get what you want. No fears or doubts at all, just know you can do it and it will happen.
Anytime you try remember nothing can hurt you. There's nothing at all to be scared of.
You may be well on your way very quickly. Expect nothing to happen even if you think it should. Patience while trying is the best way.
Go mad during the day but totally relax when trying. So many force this and fail, they give up and next thing they are out of body.
Keep at it and it will happen all by itself.
You have to set up the requirements and allow this to occur naturally.
