I would like to share this experience with you,

Today I was taking a nap after lunch, and when I get awoke, I rested in bed and tried to enter in this trance state you speak about.
I began to feel vibrations and at certain moment I ended sensing my body and I tried to roll inside of it.
It was a really weird sensation, I get almost dizzy. Then I tried to get up, and after one or two seconds of total blindness I found me in the center of my room, looking at the door. The door was open (while in the "real world" it was closed) and I crossed it and went to the corridor. At the corridor I noticed  that I wasnt walking in a normal way, I was sliding and everything looked in the normal way when you are awake. I take a look at my hand and was normal.
When I entered in the living room my vision blurred and I looked for my glasses. The distribution of the living room was a bit changed, the walls were yellow (now are white) and my glasses were in a sofa in the left of the room (now there's a cupboard). In that moment my vision became normal. I could see that all the room was full of daylight but I could see no lamp or light source and the colors were very vivid.
The windows were covered by a big mountain landscape foto (weird, ins't it?). In that moment I asked for a guide to know what to do next. A guy appeared at my right,I went to him and when I wanted to touch him I get back to my body and wake up.

What do you think?

It sounds very much like your first OBE, although the fact that you are questioning it makes me wonder.

When you have an OBE, there generally isn't any doubt in your mind what has just happened - it tends to be the most utterly amazing thing that has ever happened to you.

It's hard for someone else to tell you what YOU experienced - you have to decide for yourself.
