Part 2  The Superphysical Locations

I have basically followed the Robert Monroe method of describing the superphysical locations. Monroe termed these locations as "Locales" and assigned a number I, II, or III (the Roman numerals for 1, 2 or 3) to each. I have added Locale IV (4) to include dimensions higher than the fourth dimension.
The number of OBE accounts that reported a particular Locale are given first and there follows a short description of that Locale. (For a better description see Bruce Moen www.Afterlife-Knowledge.com >>> "A VOYAGE TO KNOWLEDGE OF THE AFTERLIFE".)
   This survey includes 50,347 OBEs (and NDEs) .
   Locale I  45,028 (89.4%) Locale I is the fourth dimension (or higher superphysical plane) to this world and this universe. All Locale I areas have a 3 dimensional physical counterpart. Monroe called Locale I the "Here / Now". Robert Bruce has termed Locale I the "Real Time Zone" (RTZ).
   Belief System Territories (I-BST)  3,004 (5.9%) A Belief System Territory (BST) is a special superphysical location of this universe that does Not have a physical counterpart. A BST is usually created and inhabited by discarnates (deceased persons) who share very similar ideological, sociological or religious points of view. (Note –this is equivalent to Monroe's Focus 23 and Focus 25.) Includes at least 479 Ethereal BSTs and 820 Astral BSTs.
   Locale 27 (or I-27)  862  (1.7 %) A Monroe Focus 27. A special region of Locale I that is a nexus or connecting point to another region of Locale I. Or it is a connection to a Locale II or to a Locale III or to a Locale IV. Locale 27s have variously been described as a 'park, a 'garden', a 'beautiful' countryside of 'rolling hills' and/or as a 'reception center'.
   Locale I*  149  (0.2%) An alternate timeline in this universe (Locale I). An alternate timeline is often called an alternate or parallel universe. An alternate timeline is a parallel Earth with a different history. Two examples of this are – a history where the United States never entered World War II and a history where a powerful pre-Columbus American Indian empire traded with Europe.
   Locale II  120  (%)  Another universe where time either has no meaning or else is radically different from this universe. In this survey the majority of Locale IIs are described in religious terms (Heaven and Hell). Monroe did not describe Locale II as a religious universe. Yet many people who have had NDEs have described Heaven and Hell as timeless. So the idea of Locale II as a 'religious' universe does seem to be appropriate.
   Locale III  44   A different cosmic universe (having 4 space-time dimensions) than either this universe (locale I) or any Locale II (timeless) universe. A Locale III universe has completely different physics and metaphysics. Most Locale III universes are lifeless voids. Yet a few are inhabited by both incarnate and discarnate beings.
   Locale IV  300  Locale IV is any dimension higher than the 4th dimension. (Includes Mental plane 4, Soul plane 5, Astral plane 6.)
   Unsure  77  (0.7%) An uncertainty of between 2 or 3 Locales. For example the location described could be either a Locale I-BST or Locale I-27.
Unknown  23 (0.2%) The description was too vague to even guess the Locale.
   Familiar Location  46,387  (92.1%) A location familiar to the person during their OBE. Familiar locations are usually inside the person's house or apartment (Locale I).

Hrmmm... But Monroe dropped the idea of 3 locales completely in favor of focus levels... I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use them in this day and age, since they're obsolete and not really precise...
