Sensation at the crown

Hi Amber,

I don't know if you can use it directly or not. I think it is the crown chakra you feel. When I cleared my throat chakra last year I started feeling the higher chakras including the crown much more easily.

I try to expand the feeling, hold the energy sensation there for periods of time, that sort of thing. The last few days I have taken to doing the energy circuit again, and have felt the energy sponge through most of the chakras including the crown. I think that doing the circuit led to the experience I posted yesterday over on "OBE experiences."

Bottom line, in my opinion its great that you feel this, and you can use it to sense energy patterns in your body, but if there is a way to use the sensation to trigger an OBE directly, I haven't found it yet!

thanks for the response. I understand what you mean about opening a chakra, it feels like a tickling or a pulling sensation for me.
That is what this felt like, but let's play with it and see what happens, no?

Sometimes I get a prolonged sensation like a tickling at the crown of my head in the process of trying to have an oobe. I can actually play with it a little bit and sustain it, but I often just drop back to sleep, is there something specific about this sensation that I can work with to get out of my body?
