If you can do separate daily sessions, you can do energy work and trance earlier in the day then do a separate OBE attempt later. Doing rope and / or the yoyo method will relax you, put you in a trance, and stimulate your main chakras. This way you can both do your energy work and then have all of your concentration for an attempt to get out of body. It is when you want to do more advanced projections such as sustained real-time zone trips or going to the mental planes that you will need to do energy work immediately prior to going out of body.

Okay, I'll follow your recommendation.

Mon-Fri: Energy and Trance in the morning. Rope/Yoyo again later.
Sat: Study treatise for 2-3 hours.

Will people mind if I periodicaly post about my effort- where I am at, where I am trying to go, and a general solicitation for help?

Of course not, man.  That's what we're here for.  Maybe we will learn something from your trial and errors.

Monday to Friday, 15 minutes on relaxing, and 15 minutes on trance, and 15 minutes on OOBE (if feeling good), using yoyo and rope.
Saturday: Study Robert Bruce's treatise for 2 hours.

Is this a good schedule for working on an OOBE?
