I Found A Light And Sound Device For Lucid Dreamin

I'll be honest, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!  Any device that "claims" to enable intant OBEs, lucid dreams or whatever are usually fakes and those companies are just out there to steal your money.  If you want to have an authentic out-of-body experience, you MUST do it the real way.  Any artificial crap like this will certainly not help you.  I'm on the brink of performing a fully-conscious OBE myself and I got there by reading books and articles, NOT by strapping on some "Insta-Luciditizer."

I agree that we don't need aids in order to OBE, but sometimes training wheels are helpful!  I had my first LD using my Novadreamer from the Lucidity Institute.  The Novadreamer worked beautifully for me for about the first year.  It no longer works for me (my brain adapted), but I also no longer need it.  I'm certain it shaved months off my practice time.

Also, I've been OBEing on and off for about three years.  I just started using a Holosync meditation cd and now I can OBE every time.  Will I use the cd forever?  No.  But again, I'm sure it cut months off my practice time.  Who can disparage that???  []

a few months ago, i was doing some research for light and sound devices,
and today i came across this device, well it is like sun glasses you of course put them on and thats connected to a control box and a wire then connects into your computer or cd player. Then you buy audio music that is specially created for this machine and it turns audio data into light as well as the sound comes through the stereo head phones included. Anyway, I read about it on its offical website and they say, behind your closed eyelids you will start to see all kinds of 3d colours and swirly patterns, but they don't call this hypnogogic imagery. You know there is a technique, keep focus on the hypnogogic imagery and step in a lucid dream, well this glasses creates a lot of swirls, which again i think can be called hynogogic imagery as it should make stepping into a dream a lot easeier, like a conscious projection, even like an out of body experience.

but it is that kind of imagery isn't it?

Also the devices use to cost anything from 300-500 us dollars and this one only cost 130 dollars and another model for 200 dollars and for the european 189 euros. and other model 290 euros.

I am thinking of buying it, because they say it can guide you into altered states, aswell as help for lucid dreaming and help for trance work, and many other things.
A few months back, i read on the astral voyages website about the guy who own that website, he wrote that he bought one and he found it was pretty cool, but i wrote to him and i don't think he wrote back, he must be very busy.

I was hoping if any of you people, have used these devices.
I also sometimes use the brainwave generator, but i read something on the branwave generator site, they say that their software is compatabile with some light and sound devices. Also the brainwave generator has a flasher where your monitor can flash but your supposed to use combataible glasses. here are the websites www.mindmodulations.com and www.audiostrobe.com the audio cd's can be bought at www.audiostrobe.com and you can buy the glasses from both sites. The only problem is the audio cds are a bit pricey and small selection to choose from, but perhaps there is more to buy from another website. They have currently i think 20-30. They are priced bewtween 15-30 dollars i wish you could create your own and then share it on the website, just like brainwave generator, but this site says you can buy the software soon but it cost like 450 euros and then you can create your own but i think it is a lot harder than brainwave generator.

Just if they could create an all in one glasses, where you get a supernova dreamer and light and sound device in one that would be cool.

Any with this light and sound dveive you don't sleep with it, it is supposed be an aid to deep meditation, for stress free living and relaxation.

If you could donwload the music off a file sharing program and then burn it on cd that would be so much better. I think this is a very good device
and if we all went ahead and bought one in bulk we could get it all cheaper and if we all bought at least 1 audio cd then we could make a cd rip on your pc and and then share a copy of the cd through a file sharing program. If at least 20 people did that, we could definetly get the glasses for a lot cheaper aswell, get a 19 free audio discs aswell from sharing with each other. I believe this kind of audio cd piracy should be aloud because these companys are making a lot of money, they over price their audio cds and make a real good profit.

Also the glasses and technology is firmware updatable you can connect your glasses to your pc and update the software with a firmware, which is basically a software patch , now thats worth the money because it can keep getting better.

Anyway does anoyne have any experice with this.
