Flesh mad into Spirit or Spirit mad into Flesh?

Both at the same time I suppose. Perhaps human existence is some kind of symbiosys between biological and spiritual self-organising systems. As a human person you are what you identify yourself with.

Question: are we flesh that become sencient or are we spirits that become flesh?

I mean, the general idea is that because we have the Dna that we have, because of the evolution and because of the rearrangement of our body atoms, now we become a sencient organic machine.

But maybe it is the opposite: maybe we are (were) spirits that become humans (fleshy humans) because of our spiritual nature (maybe with other nature we would reeicarnate in an alien, dog, cat,etc). I mean, maybe we have dna and our molecule are arrranged in the manner that they are, because of our souls.

So, the spirit exists because of the flesh or the flesh exists because of the spirit?

Is there any other option?
