You're "creating" objects on the Astral much more often than even you know. 
Any thought ever had by a human being started as a thought form on the astral.

You can create whatever you want while you're on the Astral simply by thinking of it.  It's the thought-world afterall.  This is why you have to be *VERY* careful not to have any stray thoughts.
One 'technique' for improving your physical life is to create a thought form in the Astral of what you want to happen to you on the Physical, then set it free to gather it's own energy and become reality.  While this relates to ideas... I don't think you can actually create physical items and bring them into the physical that way.

So, can you "send" an astral object (we call these "thought forms") to the Physical?
I don't think thought forms are transferable in such a manner.

If you could locate an electromagnetic vortex from some advanced being you might be able to create objects with your mind and send them into this reality. We were discussing this in the thread i started about technology in the astral. I have seen a few advanced races in the astral but they always seem to ignore me so I don't think they would let me use their devices anyways. Maybe i could convince one of them to let me see how it works and then build one of my own.

I definitely think pretty much everything is possible with advanced enough technology. There is a great deal of responsibility that comes with the power this technology has and as a race we aren't ready yet for much of whats our there. For this very reason governments keep UFOs and other advanced technology secret from the public. Although, there are a few who won't use such power for personal gain and will use it to help others instead.

What types of things would you create and send back into the physical dimension?

basically i just wanted to know if i could do it, but if it is possible you could create anything you want, even things that couldn't exist on the physical because they violate the rules of physics. if i could astral project myself i would check this out

I don't know of anything that defies the laws of physics. Even in the astral all things are made of energy or matter which all seem to be bound by these governing laws.

i mean in the physical, not astral. in the physical plane there are many rules i believe the astral don't have

Perhaps as far as beings are concerned but when it comes to technology even in the astral dimension there are laws. Objects are made of matter and energy, for it to exist in this dimension it will have to be made of matter.

Yes, we do it all the time.  The astral is an almost instantaneous thought responsive medium, so yes.  Whatever you think about becomes objectified.

Not immediately, no.
Metaphysically, if you think about it, everything is a thought before it becomes reality- if you want to have a chair, first you think of what materials you want, then you cut the wood, put it together, and you have a chair.  This is how objects manifest in the material world- you still put intention and thought into this manifestation, and used the physical laws to become the manifester of the chair.
Or you can go to the furniture store to do it.  In that case, the universe manifested you the chair by growing the tree, having the people build it, by you having the money to go to the store and buy it.
Or you can think about it, establish a possibly psychic connection to someone who has a chair to give away.
All are ways to manifest a chair in the physical- all started out as thought energy and the universe made it into a chair, and you ended up with it.
What is the difference?  Time and space; frequency and bandwidth.
In the astral it's immediate, in time and space, well, you know.
The rules of the environment apply either way- the difference is in knowing what they are and how they work.
