hope it makes sense...
It's helpful with getting to sleep paralysis, but does anyone have any help for the head pressure?
That imagination focuses the head pressure and turn it into an OBE.
[:D][:D][:D][:D]
I'll give it a try tomorrow morning!
but one quick question; how exactly do I focus bodily awareness outside the body?
It is very simple to do in that state you described because the boundaries of your body will be vague. You could pretend that your body is an empty hollow filled with water from its bottom to the top and you are the air trapped inside. Or try to breath through the top of your head.
It doesn't matter until you concentrate on the top of your head. If you're in the proper state you don't need elaborate imaginations or sharp focus. Even a slight concentration on somwhere around the top of your head could do the job. Sometimes you need to move your focus upwards, but that's all.
ive also had similar experiences except for me the pressure covers my whole body like im plusing with energy and then it gets to intense sometimes and i have to stop (this is after the buzzing and vibrations) does anyone else know of what im talkin about?
i used to get really bad head pressure, i dont much anymore when i try. from what i realised its from trying too hard. if i try a more passive approach i usually dont get the head pressure at all. i also dont get it when i try phasing into the astral which i like to do more. maybe you should try not trying so hard [:D] just a suggestion that worked for me.
First off, I'm still a novice AP-er, and the highest I've hit is what I'm guessing to be the vibes (buzzing sound + strong feelings everywhere), but when I hit that state, it happened when i 'woke up' from a dream, but didn't move, and managed to skip all the relaxation and earlier steps and go straight to the buzzing. But whenever I try to get there manually, i get a strong feeling of pressure on my head, and tingly feelings (like vibes, but weaker). The pressure on my head always bugs me into ending the process right there. Does anyone else get that strong pressure? I read somewhere that it's supposed to reduce my awareness to a small area, it might be that....[?]
