OBE or ummm what?

A long time ago I had this weird "obe" or whatever it is, I told sevaral people what happend they said it happend to them also and it was an OBE, but I just want to be sure

Ok one night i woke up,I felt really lightheaded and everything was extremly loud, I though I was going to wake up everyone in the house..So I started to walk really slow to get some water, but the whole time, I heard I very loud voice yelling at me, and i couldnt go back to sleep,even when i tryed to PLEASE tell me what this is, its sorta happens alot now... Could it been possible an OBE?

I don't think that was an OBE...
It sounds like you were physically awake at the time.
Did you feel like you were "out" of your body?
Did you manage to catch a glance back at your bed?
Hearing the "very loud voice" is kinda strange though... which kinda alludes to hypnopompic sights/sounds.
