Vibrations first, Voices second. That pounding hammer doesn't sound like vibrations either. Could be Heart Center?

hey guys

something strange happened to me the last night.. I don't know what it was so I hope somebody here can help me[]

so.. It was pretty late (around 10 pm) when I came home.. I didnt know what to do so I just sat on my couch and somehow fell asleep.. Later I wake up and it's like 1 am.. I say to myself 'go to bed' and that's what I did.. I went to my bed and then I just started thinking about having an OBE.. I didn't try to have one for a week or so now but I didn't want to try any methods.. Actually I kinda have my own method: Just find that damn sleep border.. But I didn't do anything else about it.. I just noticed that I'm pretty awake and probably won't sleep easy.. like 3 hours ago I was tired as hell (and slept) now I'm more awake and don't think I can really sleep.. Well, whatever.. I thought that I will just fall asleep and it won't take too long.. Now I didn't think about anything related to OBEs anymore.. Everything I thought was 'everything I have to do is actually finding the sleep border' but that was it.. Well, and I think I found that sleep border last night, without really doing anything for it.. It was damn awesome
I was lying in my bed.. Half sleep half awake.. It was strange.. I knew I'm lying in my bed but somehow I was dreaming but it was like I'm lying in my bed all the time and am fully alert.. Kind of hard to describe.. Dreaming but not dreaming.. More like 'short dreams' that just pop up for a few seconds or something like that.. Well, and then it happened: Suddenly it got f*cking loud in my head and I heard voices (I think that I also heard my brother's voice.. But he wasn't in my room at that moment) and it was really like my head was going to explode.. It just happened from one to another second.. It was so loud I couldn't believe it and just thought 'ok, what the hell?' And then the most exciting thing for me started: I think I felt a little vibrations, but that's not it: It was like my whole body is throbbing really hard.. Like somebody is hammering REALLY hard on me.. It was a unpleasant feeling.. It didn't hurt but somehow it did.. hard do describe.. And when that started I didn't think anything.. I had one thought when this started.. I didn't wonder what that was (well, now I do[]) I just thought: 'excrement, could this be an OBE?' And I kinda started concentrating on that hard throbbing of my body.. then it dissappeared .. I thought 'ok, maybe I shouldn't think about that throbbing..'.. Then it came back and I tried to think about other stuff.. it lasted longer, then dissappeared.. then it came again.. I thought about other stuff again and it became REALLY hard and lasted pretty long.. then, dissapeared.. I think I was just too excited or something like that.. And almost all the time I somehow thought about calling my brother to tell him what just happened/happens to me.. But I couldn't call him.. probably because I just didn't want to interrput that feeling



now a few questions:
well, ok, first.. Please excuse any bad english (if it is[]) .. I'm german


1) Why the hell did this feeling appear?
2) Could it be that I just dreamed that feeling? I'm not sure if I dreamed it or not.. and even if I dreamed it, could it mean something related to OBE?
3) finally, is that one of the feelings you have before having an OBE?

Would be really nice if somebody answered my questions..
