Hey guys! This OBE was unbelievably cool! I found my self talking to a monk and he said that he would help me raise my vibrational frequency so I can stay out of body longer and give me full awareness. He sat down with and began chanting a tone, then I did the same. Then all of a sudden everything became super clear. real like omg! I remember the pose he did and eveything. Ill have to teach it to you guys so you can do it. Any way I said thank you and I said Japan now. and BAM I found my self in a outside restaurant type place. it was kind of dream like though. It still was really vivid. I walked around a bit and man Japanese people eat weird food lol. It.   I put my hand through ob objects and it just went straight through it.

After a while I walked around and seen this chick that caught my astral eyes lol. I sat down across from her. I remember saying hi. Then all of a sudden she said hi back. I was like WTF? Can you Here me? She said yes. She was with her friends. They where Highs school Students I think. This is where it became kind of dream like. I said Im AP to Japan she said she could only hear me but not see me. IDNK about this. Then I said if this is real and you can really here me I want you to write my number down on a piece of paper and put a YouTube video of to prove that AP is real. I told her that I was from The United States and gave her my number. This all seems dream like. But I put my hands through a table and they went right through it! They where also metallic like. Anyway everyone around her was laughing and thought that it wasn't real. This guy that she was with could write English so I went over there and I saw a bunch of Japanese symbols and my part of my phone number. I read basic Japanese just so you all know. I taught my self Hirgana. I also told her that. After that everything started to go black.

Anyway this was my best experience yet! The end part felt like a dream, but I don't know about this. I never projected outside my house before so I guess I was feeding off of other peoples memories of Japan. I have never been there. It was nigh time there when I projected and day time here. I'm gonna check this out real quick.

I know right? I'll try searching on youtube for  the video just in case it was real. My subconscious might of been messing around with me though. You never know. If it the girl really was real and had ESP, I'm really skeptic about this.

More Details:

1. The monk and I where in a black void.
2. I had a lucid dream before the OBE.
3. It is night time in Japan right now.
4. I protected my self with white light before I continued.

That seems super awesome. :P I can never have my astral projections last more than 2 minutes or so...so you'll have to teach us how to raise our frequency or something! I dunno if that even works, but I'm willing to try whatever because I'd really like to stay out longer :P

I dunno what to think of that girl you met...If she manages to call or post that youtube video though...Imma be freaked the hell out :P

By the way, do you manage to have OBE's like everynight or something? LOL. I'd be impressed. My best was a 3 day nighttime streak xD

They happen naturally and not every night more like 3 to 4 times a week maybe. Its caused from meditation. I am able to control enter deep states of consciousness really easy so this is probably why I project so easily. The monk didn't sit cross legged or in lotus position. He had his legs under high thighs. I don't know the correct term for the position. After that he put his hands in fist and bowed to the floor. And chanted a tone in his hands. I just did the same thing and it worked. It would freak me out to if the girl really called and posted a youtube video. I would def follow up on it if she called or posted a video. Idnk even know why I didin't ask for her number or some excrement. im dumb.

Hi,
If it was as real as being physical you may have been there.
The alternative is you were in one of the BST's. These are totally your thoughts and you generally learn nothing other than what you already know. This includes your imagination too. Anything you saw unknown to you could be real if some aspects were tied in to the RTZ.
Everything is interconnected and after 2000 projections you still may not have it all worked out.
Whats out there is really immense.
Enjoy more of this keeping thoughts on what you find informative like the monk.
Go for it....
There's far more where the eye can't see.

Hallo 8bit
Yes a Very cool experience.  8-) Apparently you have some type of connection with Japan. Have you ever been there IRL?? That is one place I plan to visit someday, both in the physical and OOB.

Cheers   :-)

I have never been there and I plan on visiting 2. I'm currently learning the language so thats probably why i was able to project there. There was so many people. I remember walking through one person lol.

Hello 8bit, you are doing excellent and showing yourself real progress. Great job!  :-) BST = Belief System Territory. This is a definition given by an older member named Ginny. Many of her posts were thought inspiring!  :-)
"The BST--Belief System Territories--are an endless number of worlds in the afterlife usually involving a group of people who share common beliefs (everything from religious beliefs to you name it) and desires. The only way to go to one of these worlds, once dying, is to be in possession of a particular belief/desire which you strongly, passionately identify with...any belief that will resonate with the energies of a particular BST world. And these places were created by humans and their beliefs. The only reason I was initially introduced to some of these worlds, by Helpers, was because I was interested in retrieving."

8bit,

Nice experience and great that you are able to maintain your level of consciousness. Pretty cool huh! I have had many experiences where I was taught something from guides and the conscious level was at 100% pure. That is where it's best and is just beautiful beyond measures...

I remember one time I was walking down this street where store fronts faced each side. There was a gypsy woman giving palm reading to people passing by. I passed her at first then walked (floated) back to her and asked for her time to read my palm. Upon reaching out to her, she held my hand and I felt the details, skin, feminine features of a old woman's hand. She traced with her one finger top of my palm and immediately I felt my energy being pulled at, being exposed and naked to her. I quickly pulled my hand back and lost consciousness upon to physical awaking. Still til this day I can feel that tug of energy and her finger trace on my palm... Not sure exactly what went down there with the gypsy but I don't think there was any harm - totally caught my by surprise..

I tell ya you will find some real cool stuff out there and just pure beautiful and mystical too!

My suggestion for the future is when you return back to the body... Immediately narrate, write everything completely down. Do not do anything else, computers, video game, grab food.. Document it asap! Once all that is documented you won't contaminate any of the experience by physical influences later on or alter. Its there black and white which can't be argued.

As for the you tube, phone number good luck on that one.. Been there, done that a zillion times... Nada but I am a firm believer that it can happen. Most of it is the level of consciousness that you and the other party you connect with can bring back that information correctly. Again, going back to the documenting - these are crucial to validations...

Great experience... Next time when you are in the asian countries.. grab some Kimchi while your at it!... Yummmmmm

Ha ha I will. I hope to have some more experiences like that. Maybe I'll be able to stay out of my body longer now sense the monk helped me achieve a longer experience. They usually only last 15 to 30 seconds for me. This one was at least 5 minutes or more. I plan on doing a lot more than just going to Japan lol. Hopefully I will be able go there in RL and again in a OBE.

It doesn't matter HOW long the experience is - what matters is the quality of the experience, how you raised your conscious level to that degree with clarity...

Many people are too focused on length of duration when they seem to forget about the quality. Some of my BEST experiences were only couple of minutes which is a life time of jaw dropping moments!  The longer you are out trust me on this one, it is difficult to bring back more details, specifics, and so on. Because the physical memory / brain and the higher self takes time to funnel down. So there might be scattered bits and pieces.

The longest running experience I have had was roughly 35-40 minutes. How I was able to achieve that length and determine the duration was based on the alarm clock, previous journals, and how long it took for the information from the spiritual to my physical brain. Literally speaking, most of my experiences I could write in a few paragraphs, page or two.. This one took 15 pages front/back and when the experience came through I was completely blank - couldn't remember anything for about 20-30 minutes. I recall that day because I was struggling for the longest, gave up, hopped in the shower and few mins in BAM it all at once hit me... From beginning to end.. So I had to run out of the shower to my bedroom with soap in my eyes, hair and with towel... Grabbed the pen and paper and started writing.. took me about five hours to document...

I am not trying to boast, or brag but that was a difficult and painful experience to document because of the length of writing.. So if you can keep the experiences lite and at bay, you will find quality and much more impactfull vs. longer experiences. Just like the one you shared with us here... That is very powerful!

Wait til you encounter angels and raise higher into the courtyards, looking out at mountains and water streaming down into the valley rivers.. Then seeing above your head energy, colors, vibrations zipping all around... while sitting around a table with guides... Now, even that experiences lasted about 10 minutes... its a treasure forever!!

Keep up the excellent work!! Just don't burn yourself out...

Thanks 4 the reply! I totally agree with you. Ive only been to a higher plane one time, the monk said that I will be able to reach the higher planes now so hopefully I can go somewhere awesome! I've been to the buddic plane, it was made of pure white light. I thought I died and gone to heaven lol. I didn't care thought cause I didn't want to leave that place. I only got to stay there for 5 seconds. I learned a lot from that experience.

You have a way with words lol. I was laughing at the shower part.  In some ways I agree with you, but in other ways no. I'd like my experiences to last longer because in my short ones, nothing really that "cool" happens. I kinda just float around my house. (I guess astral projection could be amazing in itself but ya know, eventually staying in your house is like okay..I have done this before, lol.)

You are already way ahead of me. You thought you died going up to higher planes xD? I enter sleep paralysis and I sometimes feel like I'm dying V_______________________V It's crap because then I want to stop the process >_> I can't imagine my freak out modes if I ever do manage to get to these supposed higher planes....maybe that's why I can't get there LOL

true.... I spent probably the first couple hundred projections in my house and didn't want to go no where. I was nervous and wanted to learn everything inside the house first. Eventually, my instructor at the time when I was taking classical guitar lessons said "Break free from the house and discover infinity". Once I got the courage up to go he was so right!!

Still even after so many years of projecting - it still can be a little scary out there..but definitely are right for shooting up to the higher planes...

Very cool on the buddic plane.. Haven't been there yet.... Excellent about the monk... Another experience like that too which was very interesting.. But in this one I saw this man who was eastern India in my OBE walk to me... As he got closer we made eye contact and I lost my consciousness. Funny thing is that this man physically walked around my city where I use to work at Blockbuster video. We bumped into each other on my way to work which I could see his eyes stare right through me like he knew we made contact.

I did not need any reassurance of that connection... He and I knew!

Hi there 4everspirit,

I am the instructor David A. Warner at www.astralpulse.com along with Adrian Cooper. My personal web site is at www.invisiblelight.us

I have been projecting since 1987 and have documented over two thousand experiences plus which is available through my personal web site on-line. In addition, statistics, tracking, scientific research, radio show interviews, video tapings of my physical during the OBE state.

To answer a few questions about frequency of experiences. Here is the break down for the last eight years. The last few years have declined due to physical demands of the astral academy design, courses, production media. Add on writing my first book due out 12.12.12 - then 40hrs work week and training for marathons... Life does get in the way sometimes..;)

Year       Total (OBEs)

2005      61
2006      113
2007      102
2008      88
2009      73
2010      40
2011      28
2012       7

In 2007, the month of October I had missed one day at projecting with documented entries. So yes, I can project *almost* everyday with a 80-90% confidence level. When I finish writing my book and working out some of the tech challenges with the Astral Academy, I can start turning my attention back to projecting again.

My classical guitar instructor "John", I had a suspicion he heard of it astral projection or at one time during his life practiced. During his teaching I asked him if he ever heard of this and his reply was "Indeed" and expressed to me his experiences. Back in the day, it would not make any difference to me if I asked a stranger off the street about out of body consciousness and physical survival after death. Personally, it didn't bother me much what people thought. A few friends supported me and others wanted me locked up. My parents, mostly my mom thought it was b.s. and my dad listened along with my brother and sisters.

Projecting can be very cool, complete and total freedom... in the long run it also alters your views, perception of the world to give of yourself a little more to help others... - that is how the OBE has helped me in a spirit to care and assist others...

All the best,

DW

That's really nice David. All very interesting ^^  I'd love to have a lot of OBE's like you, that sounds cool. You seem to have a lot of knowledge and experience with this :)

Yes, astral projection really does end up altering your views on a lot of things :P I think it has caused me to care more about our fellow beings. I feel more at peace with myself and others around me. Kind of remembering that we are all "spirits." helps me deal with a lot of people that can be rude, or insulting in conversation. I know that they are simply a hurt spirit and they need to know that someone does care for them and isn't out to get them...well anyway...off on a tangent there, lol.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to reply and thanks for all your hard work teaching others about OBE :)

Damn dude you had a lot of OBEs. Do you meditate? That's how I'm able to get out. Then when I fall asleep my bed starts rocking back and forth and then it goes down and up lol. I'm used to it now, its kind of fun! I to projected in my house for cause I was scared of the unknown. I didn't even wanna walk through doors or go through a ceiling cause I would end up in a black void. I built up some courage one time and ran through my door at full speed and went right through it lol and nothing happened.

I have a question for ya, Have you ever found some creature screaming at you? He said your not scared? Then I said no. I was showing no emotion what so ever toward it. This might of been a nightmare. When I find my self in a nightmare I face it head on, but when I wake up it leaves my physical body shaking. Why do you think this is? This also happened in OBE i had a while ago.

David Warner

4everspirit,

No, never could really get into meditation to clear my mind and focus. But during the mind, wake body asleep
I have been successful with that to experience what I have. I am not saying that meditation is negative or bad by
no means, I admire people that have that strength and patience. I am sure it could help me in many ways but for
now I stay the course.

I can understand about the fear and not wanting to leave the house, let alone the confines of your bedroom. It all starts with little steps and how you are comfortable. Eventually, you will go farther and feel more at ease adventuring out.

Yes, I have had various experiences where I never ever wanted go back to sleep or project even. Kinda of like a Freddy Krugar nightmare on Elm Street scenario. Imagine being choked to death, looking straight into the eyes of a green monster like demon where you can't breath. This entity telling you "take my hand and be one of us"... or being gunned down, stabbed to death, and burned alive.... Not a pleasant feeling... Yes, I have had those experiences too but always made it back alive. Did it mess with my mind mentally for awhile "Ahh, Yes" but I followed love, purity, and goodness to get me through it. Love always wins!!  Focus on that!

Anytime you project, you will encounter this sort of thing. Just like in waking life - Most of the time everyday life will be positive and sometimes you will have the negative. Its just a matter how you handle it and what your intent is. It is yin and yang - good/bad... Stick with the good and you will find pureness... travel down the dark path then you will find pain...
